asum GmbH offers free tenant counseling for all tenants in Berlin. We work on behalf of the Berlin districts and provide advice on topics such as rent increases, utility bills, modernization or pre-purchase.
We provide advice at various locations in person and also by telephone. In individual cases, advice can be given in writing. Consultation in English is possible. For other languages we will try to find a solution.
Appointments for consultations can be made by calling 030 – 29 34 31 0 or by sending an e-mail to info (at) asum-berlin.de. You can reach us by phone on Mondays, Tuesdays from 10:00 to 13:00 and 16:00 to 18:00, and Wednesdays from 10:00 to 13:00, as well as Thursdays from 10:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00.
When requesting an appointment by email, please be sure to provide us with your place of residence, the reason for the consultation, and a telephone number for any follow-up questions.
